Assalamualaikum,
Pulau Pinang, for non-Malaysians, is translated as the Penang Island.
Shumu, for my non-close friends, is actually the name of my car.
Below are the sights I captured while roaming around in Penang in my beloved, chubby car.
Old buildings, once shop houses. I always love this kind of architecture, Colonial with an Oriental touch.
A Chinese family or colleagues, preparing offerings for the newly deceased. They do this everyday. Sometimes I see they make paper cars and paper houses for the goners to have in their after life.
An old house in Pulau Tikus.

A church which I cannot get its name.

The infamous luxury all suite heritage 5 Star Eastern & Oriental Hotel. Established in 1885.
We just drove past the front boulevard, the rear view from the ocean is supposed to be magnificent.
A colourful Hindu temple near our hotel.

A uniquely decorated Indian restaurant near Nasi Kandaq Line Clear, Maharaj.
An old house for sale. Thanks for reading! =) XOXO, Sue
