To cook fried vegetables is so simple it is quicker than saying ABC.. Ok that is lying :p Still it is seriously simple so please do try this recipe! Simple and sedap (tasty)!
Ingredients / Bahan-bahan
• Cabbage / Kobis ( ¼)
• Oyster Mushrooms / Cendawan Tiram
• Red Chilly / Cili Masak (1)
• Red Onions / Bawang Merah (2)
• Garlic / Bawang Putih (1 slice/ ulas)
• Prawns / Udang Kertas
• Salt / Garam
• Oil/ Minyak
• Water / Air
Firstly pound the red onions and garlic with salt. Then pound the prawns with the ingredients. / Mula-mula sekali tumbuk bawang merah dan putih dengan garam. Seterusnya tumbukkan udang dengan bawang-bawang tadi.
Fry the pounded ingredients in heated oil. / Tumiskan bahan-bahan yang telah ditumbuk dalam minyak yang telah dipanaskan.
After that put in the cabbage and the mushrooms in the wok and mix it with the ingredients. Pour in some water to have some gravy. / Kemudian masukkan kobis dan cendawan dan gaulkan dengan bahan-bahan di dalam kuali. Kemudian masukkan sedikit air untuk menjadikan sedikit kuah.
Finally put on the lid of the wok over the cabbage for it to be cooked. After a few minutes it would be ready to be served. The tastiest when it is eaten hot! :) / Akhir sekali tutup kuali dengan penutup supaya kobis mengecut dan masak. Setelah beberapa minit ia sedia untuk dihidangkan. Paling enak bila dimakan panas-panas! :)
