Salam,
After we visited my grandmother and relatives in Pengkalan Pegoh, it was time for us to rest for a couple of hours before doing the make-up for my client for another reception tonight. Just a small celebration of the newly wed couple with their close relatives and neighbours.

For our accomodation in Ipoh, my client booked for us a much nicer hotel which was Heritage Hotel located among the government offices in Ipoh. I stayed here once when I was much younger, when one of my relatives had his wedding if I'm not mistaken.
I cannot recall the type of room we stayed in this time, but the rate per night was about RM 148.00 but as a civil servant, my client entitled to have a discount for the rate of RM 120.00 only per night.
Love the access of sunlight indoors.
Our room was located on the 6th floor and it was very roomy. There was one Queen size bed, a TV, air-conditioner and all the other basic necessities of a hotel room.
Yes as for the bathroom, it has a more polished look with cream coloured tiles and marble for the sink. It also has a bathtub for you to relax for a hot bath.
Another thing which made us happy was that, this time our P1 Wimax worked in the room with excellent connectivity ;)
Yes, for a cosy, comfortable and still very much affordable stay in Ipoh, Heritage Hotel is recommended.
